Baratta and Trawinski endorsed by Nicolas Felice
November 2005
On November 8th you have a chance to do something spectacular for your community. You have the chance to end years of costly, corrupt, self-serving government and vote to put taxpayers ahead of party politics You have the chance to elect Jeanne Baratta and Ed Trawinski to the Fair Lawn Borough Council.
David Ganz's record as mayor has been an embarrassment to Fair Lawn. He has allowed the corrupt Bergen County Democrat Party machine to call the shots in our town. He has rewarded campaign donors with hundreds of thousands of dollars in no-bid contracts. He even has engineered borrowing schemes that will keep us in debt for decades. And he raised taxes by 66 percent!
Mayor Ganz has failed to protect our precious open space and has allowed our neighborhoods to be destroyed by McMansions. And Councilman Allan Caan has supported every move Ganz has made.
Jeanne Baratta and Ed Trawinski represent the new direction that Fair Lawn needs They are concerned and caring long-time residents of Fair Lawn and they are independent of party bosses. They will cut government spending and borrowing. Baratta and Trawinski will protect our neighborhoods from McMansions and they will protect our dwindling open space. Baratta and Trawinski will put Fair Lawn First, and say no to corrupt political deals.
Fair Lawn residents need a government we can be proud of. On November 8th we have a chance to reverse the failures of the recent past and move in a new direction. Please join me in supporting Jeanne Baratta and Ed Trawinski for Council and together we can work to create a government that truly Puts Fair Lawn First!
I also urge you to get New Jersey back on track by electing Doug Forrester governor and Richard Miller and John Baldino to the N.J. General Assembly. We must clean up state govemnment and roll back the damage that Jim McGreevev did to New Jersey. Electing Doug Forrester is the first step to a better New Jersey for taxpayers.
Thank you,
Nicholas R. Felice
